Before becoming a coach, I gained 20+ years of experience in various recruitment roles, including co-founding a student & graduate recruitment start-up, working at a global corporate recruitment agency, freelancing as a Recruitment Partner for SMEs & start-ups, and serving as an inhouse recruiter. This extensive background, combined with my training as an NLP Practitioner, DISC Assessor, and Career & Work-Life Balance Coach, enables me to effectively support recruitment & talent partners at all stages of their career or business.
